Shipping Costs
Moccus Magics is based in Pretoria. We use Pudo for all our shipping. We charge a flat rate of R120 for shipping. This covers the cost of packaging and shipping.
Shipping Times
Shipping can take 2 to 3 business days for major cities and up to 5 business days for outlier areas.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders take between 2-3 business days to be processed. Custom orders will take longer. However once your order has been processed we will notify you that it is on its way.
Delivery Address
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Should there be any errors in the delivery address, please contact us immediately in order to make changes to your address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.
